Following the belief in the spirit of true friendship and brotherhood, The Phoenix Seven Foundation, Inc., supports Phi Sigma Phi National Fraternity®, Inc. members with educational assistance awards. The Phoenix Seven Foundation, Inc., awards a scholarship, in the name of Dean Rockwell, of at least $500.00 annually. It may be awarded to any full-time student, regardless of year in college, who is an active member in good standing in Phi Sigma Phi National Fraternity®, Inc. The Dean Rockwell Scholarship is awarded to those Phi Sigma Phi members who demonstrate the qualities most valued by Phi Sigma Phi: academic excellence, leadership, personal responsibility, and participation in fraternity, campus, and community activities. This Scholarship is a monetary award that may be used for any purpose by the recipient, and is totally unrestricted.
