The Phoenix Seven Foundation, Inc., awards a scholarship, in the name of Dean Rockwell, in the amount of of at least $500.00 annually.
This Scholarship is a monetary award that may be used for any purpose by the recipient, and is totally unrestricted.
It may be awarded to any full-time student, regardless of year in college, who is an active member in good standing in Phi Sigma Phi National Fraternity®, Inc.
The scholarship is a direct award, and is not paid back to The Phoenix Seven Foundation, Inc.
